Email from recent holiday guests I just wanted to say that we had a lovely time in Lyme and enjoyed One Coram Tower immensely. You have done an excellent job on furnishing the flat and we had everything we could have needed.

One Coram Tower is new to the holiday market for 2008, it is a beautiful apartment in an imposing stone built Grade II listed building overlooking the sea in Lyme Regis. The building has a main entrance shared by all 10 apartments with 1 Coram Tower having an additional separate private entrance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 with a super-king Vi-spring bed and bedroom 2 with luxurious divan sprung base twin beds, there is one bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The living room and bedrooms all have wall mounted LCD TV's with the addition of a dvd player in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite work tops, dishwasher, oven, hob, washer/dryer and fridge with large ice compartment, there is also a radio/cd player. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout and includes all bed linen and towels.The beds are made up on arrival. The property comes with its own parking space and the use of a lovely garden (garden furniture is provided for your own use) There is plenty of shopping in the town also only a 5 minute walk away. Prices start at £350 per week low season rising to £900 per week in high season. We are non smoking and cannot accommodate pets or children under 8yrs. Please note the beach hut is no longer available with this property
